- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, cooked rice, vegetables, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
