Ingredients

- 3 lb beef roast (such as sirloin or ribeye)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary and thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix honey, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture over the beef roast thoroughly.
- Place in a roasting pan and bake for 1.5 hours or until desired doneness.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
- Optionally, baste with additional honey glaze halfway through baking.
