Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) sliced sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet low-carb dough or cloud bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté peppers until tender. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Cook steak slices until browned, then mix with sautéed peppers.
  4. Roll out low-carb dough and evenly layer the steak mixture inside.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
