- 1 lb (450g) sliced sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet low-carb dough or cloud bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté peppers until tender. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
- Cook steak slices until browned, then mix with sautéed peppers.
- Roll out low-carb dough and evenly layer the steak mixture inside.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.
- Roll up the dough tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to add mushrooms or other favorite veggies.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete low-carb meal.
