- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 low-carb tortilla or wrap
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: sour cream, salsa, or avocado for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned, then stir in taco seasoning.
- Warm the low-carb tortilla slightly to make it pliable.
- Spread the cooked meat in the center of the tortilla, then top with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling to form a wrap.
- Place the wrap seam-side down in a skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook the other side similarly.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately with optional toppings.

- Ensure the tortilla is pliable to prevent tearing during folding.
