Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Arrange chicken breasts and potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix minced garlic with remaining olive oil and spread over chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over chicken and potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
