- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken strips and sliced peppers and onions with olive oil and spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared sheet pan in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.

- Adjust spice levels to taste. You can add lime juice or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Extra toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, or avocado make great additions.
