Instructions
- Place beef stew meat, chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery into the slow cooker.
- Pour in beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Add egg noodles and cook for an additional 20 minutes until noodles are al dente.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
