  • 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Optional: chocolate chunks or nuts for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until evenly coated and press into the bottom of a lined 9-inch square baking pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. Spread chocolate chips evenly over the chilled crust. Add mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire layer.
  3. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the top is firm. For a crunchier topping, melt the chocolate and marshmallows slightly before pouring and refrigerate again.
  4. Remove from fridge and cut into squares. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later use.
