- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, chopped onion, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Stir in the stove-top stuffing mix and shredded cheese. Add herbs or spices if desired for extra flavor.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish or loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf or hand-shaped on a baking sheet.
- Cook on the stove in a large skillet with a little oil over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, covering and turning occasionally. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 45 minutes.

- If using gluten-free stuffing, ensure the mix is certified gluten-free.
