Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Compose the bowls by layering rice, seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and serve immediately.
