			- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits your air fryer basket, ensuring it isn’t too thick for even cooking.
- Preheat your Ninja air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place the shaped meatloaf into the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). During the last 5 minutes, spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top if desired.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with your favorite sides like roasted potatoes or salad.
Notes
- Do not overmix the meat mixture to keep the texture tender.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
- Customize the topping with your preferred sauces or cheeses.
