Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into triangles.

- Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the tip, forming croissants.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
