Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last minute, top with shredded pepper jack cheese to melt.
- Remove from grill and spoon salsa verde over the chicken.
- Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges to serve.
