- 1 baguette or hoagie roll
- 1 cup sliced deli turkey or chicken
- ½ cup sliced roast beef
- ½ cup sliced provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sliced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced red onions
- ¼ cup sliced pickles
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread mayonnaise and mustard on both sides.
- Layer deli meats, cheese, and vegetables inside the roll.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Close the sandwich and cut into manageable pieces.
- Serve immediately with your favorite chips or side.
