  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream or coconut milk and cook until sauce thickens.
