- 8 frozen potstickers
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the potstickers according to package instructions until crispy and golden. Set aside.
- Cook rice noodles in boiling water until tender, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until slightly tender.
- Stir in cooked noodles and soy sauce, toss to combine.
- Place crispy potstickers on top of the noodle mixture, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
