Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bites
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
