- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bites
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
