Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken chunks in the mixture until well coated.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
