  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 10 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying or baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare oil for frying.
  2. Mix shredded chicken or beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
