- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Combine cooked chicken, broccoli, sautéed onion and garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Mix Greek yogurt, milk, salt, and pepper; stir into the chicken and broccoli mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with sour cream for creamier texture.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
