- 1 ripe avocado, sliced

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts, taco seasoning, and chicken broth in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese if using.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.

- Adjust spice level by using mild or hot taco seasoning.
- For a dairy-free version, skip the cheese.
