Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape them into round, flat patties. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the patties in the basket without overcrowding. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the patties to rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sides like salad, roasted vegetables, or whole-grain buns. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt or avocado spread for extra flavor.
