Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant.

- Add soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
