Instructions
- Cook rice in water or broth until fluffy.
- Mix honey, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken slices in the honey lime mixture for 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Layer rice on plates, top with cooked chicken slices, and garnish with avocado and cilantro.
