 - For the glaze:
 - 1/3 cup ketchup
 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
 - Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet, ensuring an even shape.
 - Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatloaf for 50-60 minutes until fully cooked and the glaze is bubbly. Check internal temperature to reach 160°F for safety.
