- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in chopped herbs, cook for another minute, then serve hot garnished with parsley.
