Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
