- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

- Feel free to add chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
