Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without pulling apart.
  3. Heat butter in a small saucepan, add garlic and oregano, cook until fragrant.
  4. Brush the insides of the rolls with garlic butter.
  5. Layer cheeses inside the rolls and close them.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the skillet; grill until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
