- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without pulling apart.
- Heat butter in a small saucepan, add garlic and oregano, cook until fragrant.
- Brush the insides of the rolls with garlic butter.
- Layer cheeses inside the rolls and close them.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet; grill until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.

- You can add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
