  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp ketchup or tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin by lining with paper liners or spraying with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to divide the mixture into even portions, filling each muffin cup about ¾ full.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned on top. Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
