Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and halve the potatoes.
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
