Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini and honey until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey mixture over the roasted cauliflower.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
