			- 1 pound (450g) ground beef (preferably 80% lean for juiciness)
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 large egg
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying or baking bonds)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
 - Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch diameter meatballs using your hands. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Sauté meatballs in olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, or bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 20 minutes for a hands-free method.
 - Once cooked, serve these delicious meatballs with pasta, marinara sauce, or in a sub sandwich. Optionally, reheat leftovers in the microwave or oven.

Notes
- Handle the mixture gently to prevent tough meatballs.
 - Use high-quality ground beef for best flavor and juiciness.
 - Can be baked or pan-fried based on preference.
 - Freeze cooked meatballs in airtight containers for up to 3 months.
