- 12 slices of prosciutto
- 12 ounces fresh mozzarella balls or sticks
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella piece with a slice of prosciutto. Use a basil leaf inside if desired.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush lightly with olive oil and season with black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional basil if desired.
