- 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
- Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Pour cornstarch mixture into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over steamed rice.
