  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  5. Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour cornstarch mixture into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
