Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Marinate salmon bites in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon bites in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve the salmon bites over a bowl of cooked rice, topped with sesame seeds and scallions.
