- 1 sheet of pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or pepperoni (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Egg wash (1 beaten egg)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into four equal sections.
- Spread marinara sauce over half of each section, then top with cheese and optional fillings.
- Fold the dough over the fillings to form a calzone and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Place calzones in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

- Feel free to customize fillings with vegetables or meats.
- Serve with extra marinara for dipping.
