Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
- Divide the shrimp among the tortillas.
- Top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
