Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cooked noodles. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
