- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cooked noodles. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of chili oil or Sriracha.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
