Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
