Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in sliced bell peppers and red onions, cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover and cook until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
