Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- In a bowl, toss chopped apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place a spoonful of apple filling on each pastry circle.
- Fold the edges over and pinch to seal, forming a mini pie.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
