Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Sea salt flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface for about 3 minutes, then place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Flatten into a rectangle or circle.
