- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- Vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add beef slices; cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar; pour over beef, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Scoop cooked rice into bowls, top with beef mixture, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar.
