Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken strips until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, coating chicken evenly.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken and vegetables, then roll up tightly.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
