Instructions
- In a muddler, gently mash the mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add blood orange juice, rum, and ice to the shaker and shake well.
- Pour the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with club soda or sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with blood orange slices and a sprig of mint before serving.

- Adjust sweetness by modifying simple syrup to taste.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit rum and replace with extra blood orange juice or soda water.
