- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly in the prepared dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage, then sprinkle cheese and green onions on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden on top. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- You can prepare this casserole the night before and refrigerate overnight. Bake in the morning.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or toast for added flavor.
