Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb (450g) frozen or homemade meatballs
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1/2 cup chili sauce or ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (optional for extra savory depth)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for a tangy kick)
- Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by placing your Crock-Pot Family-Size Slow Cooker on a flat surface. Ensure it’s clean and ready for use.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grape jelly, chili sauce or ketchup, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until well blended.
- Layer the meatballs into the slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for about 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even coating and heat through.
- Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley or sliced green onions. Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.
Notes
- Use homemade or frozen meatballs based on your preference.
- Adjust the amount of chili sauce or ketchup for more or less sweetness and spiciness.
- Garnish generously with fresh herbs for added flavor and presentation.
