Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and bell pepper; sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple and sauce; cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Serve chicken and pineapple mixture over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust sauce thickness by adding more cornstarch if needed.
