- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground turkey with garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
- Meanwhile, heat the sauce ingredients in a pan until glossy and thickened.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Can also pan-fry the meatballs for a crispy exterior.
- Adjust spice levels by varying red pepper flakes.
